Show synopsis: Frank and Lois have had their fill of Christmas carols, holiday parties, and the crush and chaos of the mall. Thinking of Christmas as a stressful, overly commercialized, and an exhausting season, they decide to escape to a tropical island. However, when they arrive, they learn that the resort is holding a grand Christmas celebration and that it is impossible to escape Christmas. Over the course of two hours, Frank and Lois realize that, amid the busyness, expectations, and pressures that often come with the holiday, they’ve lost sight of the true meaning of Christmas.
This year’s production includes lots of fun and spectacle of the 1980’s with a giant mall, flight attendants, palm trees, sand and surf, show-stopping musical numbers, and a grand nativity.
